Our story
Data centre hiring has outgrown generalist recruitment. Programmes are larger, timelines are tighter and the pool of people who have genuinely delivered at scale is small and well known to each other. Getting it wrong costs months of programme time.
Paravon Group was set up to work the way this market actually works: through relationships, technical credibility and discretion rather than volume advertising. We map the market properly, approach people directly and take the time to understand both the engineering and the commercial reality of a mandate.

How we work
We only recruit in mission critical infrastructure. Every consultant owns one discipline and knows it properly.
We would rather send three genuinely credible people than twelve CVs. Our average shortlist-to-hire ratio reflects that.
If a brief is not achievable at that package, in that location, on that timeline, we will tell you before you start.
